Resort Escape Land is published as an independent project. It does not own, manage or represent any hotel, resort or casino named in its catalogs. There is no franchise relationship, no sponsorship arrangement, and no editorial agreement that shapes how an entry is written.
Independence here is practical. It means the guide can refuse ranking language, refuse invented guest praise, and refuse to treat a listing link as an endorsement. Property names appear because they identify real places; they do not imply partnership.
Contact reaches the guide's own mailbox. Corrections to facts we publish are welcome. Requests to "boost" an entry, invent amenities or add a review attributed to a guest are not part of how the site works.
Readers who want the operator's own voice will find it on the official listing. Our voice stays measured, formal and limited to the facts supplied for each venue.
What We Present — descriptive overviews of accommodation, amenities and surroundings, in a consistent structure
Each catalog card carries one photograph, the property name exactly as supplied, the city and province, the star class, and a short description. Descriptions are built from category and setting only — waterfront, countryside, downtown, historic, casino hotel, resort — without room counts or named restaurants.
Amenities are mentioned only when the supplied setting tags imply them at a high level (for example, that a place functions as a resort or sits on a waterfront). The guide does not invent spas, pools or dining rooms to fill a sentence.
Surroundings are stated as location: the city and province given in the data. Distances, travel times and neighbourhood rankings are omitted. The reader who needs those details will find them closer to the source on the listing page.
Consistency is the product. Two catalogs — The Grand Selection and Heritage Selection — group properties by editorial angle, not by a score. Within each catalog, every card answers the same questions in the same order.

We do not scrape availability into this guide, and we do not republish commercial terms for stays. Doing either would turn an editorial reference into a soft booking surface, which is outside the site's remit.
